Mrs. Koco Clarke

Hygienist/OHT/Director

Koco studied Oral Health after working as a dental assistant for a few years here at Karabar. She is one of the directors of this practice. Koco takes great care in educating and improving oral health for her patients. Koco’s focus is providing oral hygiene for kids and anxious patients.

In conjunction with her kind manner, empathetic personality and attention to detail, her craft for dentistry allows her to treat patients of all ages as she looks forward to building relationships with them and their families. At the end of the appointment, Koco never lets her patients leave without a smile on their face… and a sample of toothpaste :)

Dr. Vladimir Noveski

DDM, BDS, Dentist

Vlad was born and raised in Macedonia and gained his Bachelor’s Degree of Dental Surgery in Bulgaria. He moved to Australia to continue his dental journey while raising his two daughters with his lovely wife.

Vlad has a passion for providing the highest level of quality gentle dental care which results in his patients being delighted at each dental visit. Vlad is passionate about all aspects of dentistry and loves attending continuing education courses. Vlad believes that providing excellent treatment to his patients and communicating effectively on preventing illnesses in the future is essential. It is simply not enough to deliver services without effectively communicating to the patients why they need a filling or a crown. They need to understand the long-term fixed solutions and pain management, whether crown and bridge work or wisdom teeth removal. Communication is the key!

Vlad also works in the public dental sector providing the same health care that everyone needs.

Dr. Elaine Lee

BDS, Dentist

Elaine graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2015. She has worked in the public and private dental health sectors in Victoria and New South Wales. Prior to joining Dentistry @ Karabar, she spent three years in a coastal town south of Sydney. Dr Elaine is trained in all aspects of general dentistry – making her an integral part of our dental clinic. Dr Elaine has a very warm, friendly, and calm personality; she is passionate about dental care. She likes to get to know a patient, explain treatment options, and educate them about good oral health. Dr Elaine is particularly good with anxious patients and children – she ensures they feel relaxed and happy throughout treatment. In between caring for teeth, Dr Elaine enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing at home with a good movie and a cup of tea, travelling, fishing, camping and snowboarding.

Carly Young

Practice Manager Director

Alongside Koco, Carly has been working as a Dental Assistant here in Karabar for many years. She assisted especially in sleep dentistry, implant treatments and all aspects of dentistry as well. She is also one of the directors of this practice.

Carly is a country girl with 3 young children, and she loves to ride horses. Whenever you see a young lady at the reception answering all your queries in booking appointments and all treatments you need, that would be Carly!

Cristina Sanchez

Dental Assistant

Born and raised in the Philippines, worked in Singapore, and then moved to Australia in 2019. Cristina stumbled into our surgery in 2020 and never looked back. She enjoys working as a dental assistant alongside the girls and the dentists. She loves to play music, crochet things, and trying out new cuisine from all cultures. She believes that effective communication, empathy and building rapport are the key tools to creating a safe and stress-free environment to improve one’s dental health. At the end of the day, nothing makes us all happier than a smiling patient!

Heidi Walsh

Dental Assistant

Heidi, the tallest among the bunch has many years’ experiences in dental assisting. She Graduated from RMIT (Melbourne) in 2006. She is a great mentor to all her colleagues who happen to undergo training under her. She enjoys taking care of patients and has a passion for providing information and great care to patients after their dental treatments. Her experience has developed her passion for providing the best quality care to our patients. You will often see her engaging in lengthy conversations with patients, talking with them to understand their goals, to provide comprehensive and tailored dental after care.
